Shipping policy

UPS ground shipment is our default shipping method. We can use other services available such as USPS or FedEx as well if requested by our clients. Additional fees may apply since our Shopify checkout calculates the shipping charges based on UPS ground shipping.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated by UPS live on the checkout page. 

For additional fees we are able to do expediated shipping for those needing their sleeves to arrive earlier than what UPS ground would be doing the delivery.

Once we hand over the product to a shipping institution we lose control. We are not responsible if the delivery date is changed due to few reasons by the carriers. 

Goods may be damaged or not delivered. A claim will be filed with the carriers. We will discuss with our clients on how to go about replacing the damaged product.
