IMPRINT COLORS AND SURFACE COLORS
Our policies are compliant with industry standards for printing. We cannot guarantee exact ink color matches. Many reasons can cause this minor color shift. Some may be caused by converting RGB or CMYK into a 1 color PMS (Pantone matching system) ink. The material's finish, coating, or paper color can also cause a color shift.
Despite our press operators' experience in minimizing color shifts, some cases are beyond their control.
Coffee cup sleeves printed in two colors or more, there may be a slight bounce between each color. We print spot colors on a single color printing press. Running the sleeves back through the press between each color may or may not print in the exact intended position. The color bounce is only visible for the tightly registered projects.
Sleeve paperboard is produced from lesser-grade papers (grade 2 or 3), which can result in noticeable color differences between manufacturing batches. This means the re-orders of sleeves color of the sleeves may be slightly different than the previous order.
Our digital printers that are used for printing process colors or sleeves with bleeds are calibrated often. Calibrations are performed by third-party professionals. The reorders there may have a 2-3% shift in color from the original order. Hardly noticeable but worthy of mentioning.
We are dedicated to providing a product with the utmost consistency. However, due to certain industry-wide challenges affecting the printing process, minor inconsistencies may occur. Our policies is to inform our clients of this potential variability and to assure them of our commitment to overcoming these difficulties and delivering the highest quality product.
SHIPPING
We use UPS typically for our shipping though other options are also available. Whichever shipping method used we cannot guarantee their performance. They as well face their own difficulties such as weather or other elements which may cause delays in their deliveries.
